Personal information may be gathered as part of an inquiry or request for materials in connection with our services, such as your name, email address, phone number, company affiliation, physical address and/or certain other personal information.

The term “aggregate data” refers to general information regarding visitors and users of the Site that relates to Site use. This information, also known as analytics, includes meaningful patterns of traffic; number of visits to certain pages; visits from other websites or to third-party websites linked from the Site; use of particular services and interest in services; and information or features of the Site or other parties made available through or found at the Site.

What information is collected about you? How do we use it?

We take the utmost care to ensure that the personal information we obtain from you is not used in a way that you may be unaware of or agreeable to. The database and its contents remain at our company and stay with servers acting on our behalf and responsible to us. We ensure that appropriate protections are in place to require the data processors in our locations in any country where we operate to maintain protections on the data that are equivalent to those that apply in the country in which you live.

For instance, you may wish to submit an information request about one of our products, participate in one of our surveys or subscribe to our email or mailing lists. In response, we may ask for information such as your name and mailing address.

In the event you opt-in to provide us with this information, we will only use it for the purpose specified by you at the bottom of the information gathering form called “Comments” or other specific checkbox.

All forms will be strictly used for the type of information you are inquiring about, and they are only used for Azon purposes. We do not sell, rent or share any of your personal information with any other party, including third-party joint promoters or use in unapproved commercial purposes.

Azon secures the personally identifiable information you provide on computer servers in a controlled, secure environment, protected from unauthorized access, use or disclosure.
