Azo-Meter™ 50 - Tornado III™
The Azon Azo-Meter™ 50 is a versatile, low pressure machine for metering, mixing and dispensing two component, performance polyurethane polymer systems.
The high performance of the Model-50 is made possible by the use of the proprietary Azon Tornado III™ dynamic mixer. The Tornado III features a stainless steel body and mixing chamber with an aluminum impeller that is designed to promote a high shearing effect, to ensure proper mixing. The compact Tornado III comes equipped with 3-way valves that direct material flow for pouring and purging at the point of dispensing.
A high-speed, hydraulic motor drives the Tornado III, capable of 5,000 rpm without sacrificing torque. The mixer is easily disassembled for cleaning, with a
minimum of down time for maintenance.
